Using them for any other use voids all warranty, like brush piling, rock digging & stacking and loading scrap metal for instance, also lifting up the front of the tractor with the spears or running the spears into the ground. Don't send damaged spears back for inspection unless it has been used only in hay bales. Customer is responsible for freight back to us and the shipping of the replacement spear back to customer.
