JSB Barnes Haldex 12 volt hydraulic electric pump is rated at 2500 psi at 2 GPM flow. This hydraulic electric pump is Power up and down, holds hay bale up on up side. This pump is a very dependable unit. We have sold it for over 14 years.

This JSB Barnes 12 volt electric hydraulic pump is used by us on our pickup truck hay bale spear spike mover or carrier. It is also used on ag or industrial hydraulic dump beds on trucks and trailers.

This JSB Barnes Haldex electric hydraulic pump comes with a 3 quart reservoir or tank.

It will normally operate (1) 16 inch long cylinder with 1.25 inch shaft or (2) 3x8 cylinders or 2(2) 2x24 cylinders with 1 inch shaft. Larger reservoirs are available but are usually only required with like a 24 inch cylinder with a 2 inch shaft size. The cylinder stroke and shaft size determines tanks size needed.

I suggest for more carefree service that a 4ga cable be run direct to the positive and negative battery posts on both the hot and ground connections. Relying in the truck frame for a ground will probably result poor performance over a period of time. Also note that this pump is water tight not water proof. We suggest keeping the pump dry as moisture can get into the motor and rust the brushes etc We offer a pump cover that allows easy access to the pump. problems caused by water or moisture are not covered by warranty
