• WARRANTY
• Standard T-Frame and 56-Frame Motors: Two years from Date of Sale (Invoice)
• WorldWide Electric standard T-Frame and 56-Frame motors may be warranted and serviced by any EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association) shop/member in and outside of the US. Non-EASA stops may be considered for warranty, but must be approved by WorldWide Electric in advance.
• PROCEDURE
• 1. Motors up to and including 40 HP are covered by our No-Fault Policy. If the motor has failed within the warranty period, the nameplate must be mailed to WorldWide Electric for credit (Photo of nameplate required for stainless steel motors)
• 2. For motors 50 HP and above, the motor shop must provide a written estimate for inspection prior to looking at the motor.
• 3. All motors must be inspected by an EASA or other approved motor shop to determine of cause of failure. If the failure is determined to be warrantable, WorldWide Electric shall either repair or replace the motor. The service station must contact WorldWide Electric with an estimate of repair. The warranty repair must be approved before the repair may be performed.
